For account, billing, and site administration data, RSTJ Tools, LLC is generally the data controller. For data that customers choose to upload and publish through Sigryl (for example, subscriber lists and incident communications), customers are generally controllers and Sigryl acts as a processor/service provider.
Customers are responsible for determining whether they have a lawful basis to collect and use personal information they submit to Sigryl.
